TSOM
Tennessee School of Ministry
Biblical Training for Life and Ministry

Do you desire to take your Biblical Training to the NEXT LEVEL?

TSOM of The Tennessee School of Ministry is available for all who feel a call of God on their lives for some level of ministry as well as those who want to take training in Biblical subjects on an organized basis to grow spiritually.  TSOM is an online program that is available to those who want to study and grow.  If you desire to take a class face to face, First Assembly Memphis is the West Tennessee Campus for TSOM.  Here once a month from Sept to May, you will be able to meet one Saturday a month in a face to face setting with a teacher who brings many years of ministry to the subject. For more information, contact Pastor Eddie.
The basics, answered.

Who is eligible for TSOM?
Anyone age sixteen and older who wants to broaden and deepen their understanding of God's Word may attend. TSOM also satisfies the General Council education requirements for those pursuing ministerial credentials.

What is TSOM?
The Tennessee School of Ministry is a three-level education program designed to affordably and effectively teach and train ministry leaders.

When does TSOM take place?
Reading and homework are done on your own time, at your own pace. Classes meet once a month, September through May. Online (Zoom) classes typically run Saturday; in-person campuses meet across a Friday evening and Saturday.

Where does TSOM meet?
It depends on your campus: Online meets via Zoom, while the West TN, East TN, and Español campuses meet in person.

Why does TSOM exist?
TSOM is dedicated to providing educational direction, setting an atmosphere for the impartation of the Spirit, and guiding each student's spiritual development to equip them for effective leadership and ministry in the local church.
